Mindful psychology is a modern approach to therapy that integrates the latest psychological science with ancient reflective practices such as meditation.
I am a psychologist and mindfulness practitioner with 20 years of experience and training. Using evidence-based techniques, I work with individuals and couples to help them cultivate insight and practical tools, so they can:
