Anxiety: Learning Healthy Coping Strategies
This 6-week program supports participants to make a simple but radical shift in their relationship to the thoughts, feelings and body sensations that contribute to anxiety. Utilising an Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) approach with an emphasis on cultivating Mindfulness, the course is filled with accessible, well researched exercises that teach participants how to step out of the habitual, automatic patterns of mind and body that arise when we become anxious. This enhances the ability to cope, grow and re-engage with a life that is valued and meaningful.
If you’re still struggling with anxiety despite everything you’ve tried, it may be time to try a different and refreshing approach that is evidence-based and receives excellent feedback from a wide range of individuals.

Evening course: Tuesday 7pm to 8:30pm, 18 July – 22 August
Morning course: Friday 11am to 12:30pm, 21 July – 25 August
