Victoria is inspired by the beauty and strength witnessed in every person she gets to know through therapy. Regardless of their circumstances, this courage shines through and she feels honored to be a part of it. Victoria uses a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions. She has a special interest in the brain-body connection, mindfulness based approaches, emotionally focused therapy and attachment based approaches, as well as schema therapy, expressive and art therapies.
For over 15 years, Victoria has supported adults, young people, children, couples and families. Victoria is a Clinical Psychologist with wide ranging experience, including working in hospitals, community organisations and private practice. She is skilled at providing both individual and family counselling, as well as facilitating various therapeutic groups, workshops and trainings. Born overseas, she understands the challenges of adjusting to a new culture and has solid experience in supporting clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
As a bilingual psychologist, Victoria is also able to offer sessions in Russian if preferred.
Victoria is a mother of 3 children. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors in nature as witnessing its beauty rejuvenates and inspires her.
